euroflex_bess_lab is a public-core, B2B-facing framework for European BESS benchmarking, scheduling support, revision, reconciliation, and operator handoff. The intentionally narrow GA promise stays centered on the Belgium canonical path, while the surrounding public surface is designed to be credible for enterprise evaluation and integration.
